Q1. Are the Grillzs custom made?

Yes

Q2. Do I have to come to your premises to place an order?

No, you can use our postal service, order on-line or over the telephone

Q3. How does the postal service work?

After choosing the item either on-line or over the telephone, you then make the payment straight into the bank account or on-line. Once you have paid for the item and the mould kit plus the postage and package we then send the mould kit to you. You take your mould yourself, send it back to us we then manufacture the Grillzs and finally send you the finished item. Please head over to the section below for more information.

Q4. Are the Grillzs permanent?

No, they are just an accessory and not a permanent fixture. You should not eat, drink or sleep with your Grillzs. If you want a permanent gold tooth you will need to see your dentist.

Q5. How do I clean my Grillzs?

Just lightly with a toothbrush on the inside and we offer a maintenance service to keep your Grillzs looking brand new.

Q6. What happened if the Grillzs breaks?

It is not our responsibility to fix or replace it. It must be looked after like a delicate piece of jewellery.

Q7. Do I need to go to the dentist to have a check up before I have a Grillzs made?

Yes, we strongly suggest you do have your teeth checked before you have a Grillzs made and inform your dentist of the fact that you are considering having a Grillzs made.

Q8. What happens if the Grillzs doesn’t fit when it arrives?

Send it back to us and we will adjust it for you and we have the right equipment to do so. Do not try doing it yourself as you may damage it.

Terms and conditions

Your Grillzs is not a permanent fixture it is just an accessory. It is not designed to replace any of your natural teeth or to be worn 247.
Do not eat, drink or sleep with your Grillzs in.
Once you pay your deposit it is non refundable.
Full payment is required before the release of the goods. Non-negotiable.
Keep away from extreme of hot and cold.
The product is supplied in a non-sterile state.
If your Grillzs is not collected within 10 working days you will loose your deposit.
You are responsible for taking your impression and we make the Grillzs according to the impression you have taken.

Place your order via our consultation team
Step 2 - Payment
Make your payment into our bank account.
Step 3 - Delivery
We will then send your mould kit out by special delivery and start the manufacturing process for your custom made Grillzs.

How to take your own impressions

It’s easy to take you own teeth bite impressions, with a little care and attention. Please read carefully below to ensure we get it right first time

Items included in your mould kit

Blue Tray
2 lots of different colour putty small and large amounts
Spatula
Docket

The process

Wash your hands
Mix the 2 larger amounts of putty together as you would play dough until the colour has changed into one colour. This should take 1 minute to do so. You need to work quickly as the putty is starting to set.
Roll the putty into a ball and the into a sausage shape and place it into the blue tray.
Rest the blue tray on the bottom teeth and bite into the middle of the putty avoiding each side of the blue tray. The key is to bite down in one movement and to bite all the way down. You must hold the tray in this position for 3 minutes to ensure the putty has completely set.
Send a picture of your impression to the mobile number so we can check to impression is correct. 07981 111 246
If the initial impression doesn’t have enough clarity, then we will ask you to use the smaller amounts of putty that has been supplied. Should you need to use the smaller amounts of putty we will let you know after you have sent the picture of your impression.
If you do need to then you will need to leave the original putty in the blue tray mix the smaller amounts of putty together. Roll in into a ball and add it to the blue tray in the area where you want the Grillzs.
Then send another picture to confirm it is suitable.
Finally complete the docket with full name and address, telephone number and signature. Please post the parcel back to us by special delivery so we can track you item.
